COP26
With COP26 starting any moment, the pressing need for action to tackle the problem of climate change is very much in the news.
This was the theme of the Sustainable Harwell AGM held earlier this month. At the meeting we had an excellent talk from Dr Graham Sumner who reminded us about the history and issues followed by a good discussion about the things we can do to help here in Harwell.

On the topic of COP 26 you may also be interested in the Oxfordshire COP26 decentralised day of action which is taking place in Oxford on Sat 6th November. Although we are not organising a coordinated Sustainable Harwell presence at this event a number of members of the group are planning to attend and show support.
